2. Nature of the Testing Service

While AppBanana coordinates real human testers to join your closed testing tracks and keep them active for 14 days, Google Play's console review algorithm, questionnaire assessment, and production approval decisions are entirely governed by Google LLC. We do not guarantee that Google will approve your application for production access. AppBanana is not responsible for any app rejections, account suspensions, or developer policy violations issued by Google.

3. Information Accuracy

We strive to keep our answer templates, setup guides, and website details up to date with Google Play's changing requirements. However, Google's policies and developer guidelines evolve frequently. AppBanana provides all content and templates on an “as-is” basis, and we make no warranties regarding the complete correctness or completeness of the information.
