These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AppBanana Mobile Application(“App”), developed and operated by AppBanana (“we”, “us”, or “our”), available for Android devices via the Google Play Store.

1. Nature of the Application

The AppBanana Mobile App provides educational diagnostics, policy reference guides, and developer dictionaries for Android software creators:

The AppBanana Mobile App does not process payments, sell digital goods, offer recurring subscriptions, or take commercial orders. All tools in the app are provided 100% free of charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppBanana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including any app store rejections or policy actions issued by Google Play.
